We sketched the production structure first, then built the prototype cheaply and quickly by a different process
Raising a rough-concept prototype to something aimed at volume production. We shared the production structure as a sketch up front, then deliberately chose a different process for the prototype, and delivered in 1.5 months with no rework.
A prototype that already worked, turned into a design carrying production process, strength and cost target together
The request came in once a quick prototype had proven the function. We designed for the volume production process and for strength, and answered the stated cost target with a rough quotation as part of the same work.
Rough styling came first: we built the internal structure and took it through to production tooling
A model change where the exterior design was already fixed. We created the internal structure from scratch to hit a weight target and a cost target at the same time, then selected the volume manufacturer and placed the tooling order.
We turned the calculations we redo on every project into five browser tools, and published them
The calculations our design work depends on, rebuilt as browser tools that need no sign-up and finish inside the browser, then published and run. This is the working article behind our custom tool development service, offered to other companies fitted to their own standards.
